This was my third order from EdgeCraft Knives. I previously bought a Santoku and a Paring Knife, and this time I went for the Wood Handle Kitchen Knife. Just received my new Cleaver and I'm obsessed! This thing is a beast in the best way possible. It's super sturdy and cuts through everything so smoothly. I used it to break down a chicken and it was effortless. It came quickly too. I'm already planning my next purchase, maybe a Fillet Knife next! This store is awesome!

My new favorite knife

So, I finally got around to replacing my old dull knives and decided on the 7 Inch Hand Forged Stainless Steel Kitchen Knife from here. It showed up faster than I thought, took 5 days to reach Denver. This knife is super sharp right out of the box. I used it for dinner last night, chopping up a bunch of stuff, and it just glided through. Feels really good in my hand too, not too heavy but not flimsy. Definitely made cooking a lot less annoying. Happy with it!

Decent knife, minor issue

I bought the Professional Chef Knife and it's mostly great. The blade is very sharp and has held its edge well after several uses. Shipping was reasonable, arrived in about a week. My only minor complaint is that the handle felt a little slick when my hands were wet, so I had to be careful. It's not a deal-breaker, but something to be aware of. Value for money seems fair given the quality. I'd consider buying from them again, but maybe a different handle style next time.
